• Student information: name, date of birth, CNIC/B-Form number, class, roll number, attendance, academic results, medical notes, and admission documents entered by the school.
• Parent/guardian information: name, contact number, email, occupation, and relationship to the student.
• Staff information: name, contact details, employment records, salary and attendance data entered by the school administrator.
• Account & usage data: login activity, device/browser type, and actions taken within the platform.
• Payment-related data: fee vouchers, payment status and transaction references (Ozzun does not directly store full card or bank credentials; payments are processed through integrated payment partners).

2. How We Use Information

• To operate core features: admissions, attendance, fees, examinations, payroll and communication.
• To send notifications, reminders and announcements to parents, students and staff.
• To provide customer support and respond to enquiries.
• To maintain the security, integrity and performance of the platform.
• To meet legal or regulatory obligations where applicable.

3. Data Ownership

All student, parent and staff data entered into Ozzun by a subscribing school remains the property of that school. Ozzun acts as a data processor on the school's behalf and does not sell or share this data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Information may be shared only with:

• Integrated service providers strictly necessary to deliver the Service (e.g. WhatsApp messaging, biometric device sync, payment gateways such as OneBillGate).
• Authorities, where required by applicable law.

5. Data Security

Ozzun uses role-based access controls, family-specific parent permissions, and secure authentication to protect data. Access to student and financial records is limited to authorized roles within each school's account.

6. Data Retention

Data is retained for as long as a school's account remains active, or as required to comply with legal obligations. Schools may request export or deletion of their data by contacting us.

Our website and platform may use cookies or similar technologies to keep you signed in and to understand how the Service is used, so we can improve it.

Parents, staff and school administrators may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting their school administrator or reaching out to us directly using the details below.
